Leaves on a stream is an ACT mindful meditation that was introduced by my therapist in San Francisco. The idea is to imagine a stream and your thoughts are the leaves. Watch the leaves fall onto the stream and move past you and float out of view. This meditation really helped me through a hard place. It is designed to distance ourselves from our feelings and thoughts (both positive and negative). We are the viewer of the thoughts, not the thoughts themselves.

Price reduced to $6900 when all three are purchased together,(saving a total of $1320), as I would love these three to stay together as a triptych.
